Sound Healing is a non-invasive form of energy healing using sound and vibration from tuning forks, symphonic gongs and Tibetan singing bowls and voice. Sound healing integrates philosophies from Oriental medicine, acupuncture, and Taoism to address the effects of stressful Western living, creating a holistic approach to energy work and health goals. Sound healing or harmonic treatments are an integrative adjunct therapy to your primary care and are not intended to be used exclusively.
My California and Nevada practices are devoted to Sound Healing, which is a supportive healing modality that works with body, mind and spirit by accessing acupuncture points with tuning forks.
Tuning forks are used to stimulate points and meridians for treatment instead of using acupuncture needles utilizing Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and Five Element Theory to direct the healing. This is especially appreciated by people that are needle phobic and for children as an alternative to needles. The tuning forks are calibrated to vibrate at the same frequencies of musical notes and when used together on a meridian creating healing intervals. These forks tonify, disperse and clear blocks within the acupuncture meridians with their vibrations.
